Trip Charge $25.00 (for outside the metro Atlanta area call for a price quote)
Priority Charge Fee of $50.00 applies to appointments with less than 48 hours notice.
After Hours (6pm - 8am) and Weekend Charge $25.00 / hr.
On site troubleshooting for PC's $65.00 / hr (one hour minimum)
In office troubleshooting $50.00 / hr (one hour minimum)
In-home basic computer instruction (Windows 95/98/ME) $65.00 / hr ($25 for each additional participant) For specific software training call for pricing and availability.
New System Set-up: $125.00
Includes:
Set-up of new PC system with preinstalled operating system and software
Installing up to four peripheral devices (printers, scanners, UPS, etc.)
Connection to an internet service provider of your choice
Emergency boot disk
PC Upgrade: $100.00 (Price is for customer supplied software)
Includes:
Operating system upgrade
Re-installation of software and up to three peripheral devices
Emergency boot disk
DSL Configuration $150.00 (with customer arranged DSL service)
(All hardware and software is provided by your DSL Service Provider)
Includes:
Software installation
Network card installation
